PBS Course Access – Organisational Setup

This course is designed as a starting point. It equips staff with the core knowledge needed to understand behaviours that challenge and to begin implementing PBS in a way that is consistent, compassionate, and grounded in evidence. It aligns with the UK PBS Competency Framework and is intended to support real practice, not just theory.

Setting up organisational access allows you to bring that learning into your service in a structured way. You can enrol staff, monitor progress, and build a foundation for wider PBS implementation across teams.

We know that in social care, change rarely happens all at once. It often starts with a single team, a pilot, or a manager trying to do things better within existing constraints. That is absolutely fine. Many organisations begin this way and expand over time.

The questions below will help us:

  • Set up your organisation’s access correctly
  • Identify the right type of dashboard/portal for you
  • Understand the scale of your service and your plans for rollout

This should take no more than a few minutes to complete.

If you are unsure about any of the questions, answer as best you can. We can refine the setup with you afterwards.

1. Organisation name

2. Type of organisation

3. Total number of staff in your organisation/service
