Frequently Asked Questions
Introduction to Consolidation Exercises

Each lesson in the RBT course includes a Consolidation Exercise — a short quiz designed to help you actively practise and retain key concepts. Each exercise typically contains 8 frames where you complete a sentence by filling in the missing word.

The exercises are designed for mastery learning:

  • You need to score at least 90% to pass.
  • If you don’t pass, you can reattempt the frames you got wrong.
  • You must submit the quiz first before retaking.

How do I retake a quiz?

First, complete all frames and click the Submit button. Then refresh the page:

  • Press F5 on a computer or pull down to refresh on mobile.
  • Only the frames you answered incorrectly will reload for retry.
Why wasn’t my answer accepted?

Common reasons include:

  • You only typed the missing letters, not the full missing word.
  • Spelling errors or extra spaces.
  • Incorrect term or terminology.

Click See Answer on any frame to see the correct response.

Why do I have to type the full missing word?

While the system may accept just the missing letters, typing the full word ensures:

  • Better recall and understanding of the complete term.
  • Less chance of formatting or recognition errors.
  • Good preparation for professional use and the RBT exam.
Why do I need to enter my answers in English?

Please ensure that all answers are entered in English, even if your browser automatically translates the text into another language.

Some exercises require you to complete a missing word (e.g., behavior) where only part of the word is shown (e.g., beh______). While you may enter just the missing letters, we recommend typing the full word for clarity and accuracy.

If your browser automatically translates the text, partial word prompts may not display or function correctly. To avoid confusion, keep your browser set to display the course content in English.

If I study one lesson per week, will I finish on time?

No. The course includes around 50 lessons, and the BACB requires completion within 180 days (about 26 weeks). Studying one lesson per week would take almost a full year, which exceeds the time limit.

To stay on track, aim for at least two lessons per week or one module per week. This pace will ensure you complete the course comfortably within the deadline, with time for review.
